GAS SERVICE & BREAKDOWN ENGINEER

The qualities we expect are:

​

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Requirements for a Gas

Service & Breakdown Engineer

​

  • Working to an exceptionally high standard with at least three years’ experience from initial certification.

  • The ability to diagnose central heating/DHW faults and service boilers.

  • Awareness of Health and Safety regulations.

  • Up to date Gas Safe qualifications Domestic ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1

  • A good knowledge of electrical wiring on central heating systems.

  • A full, clean driving licence.

  • Excellent communication skills are required, as is attention to detail and working in a tidy, professional, respectful way.

  • Exceptional customer care.

 

DESIREABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES (not essential)

​

· Qualifications and experience working with LPG and or Oil systems.

· Qualifications and experience working within a commercial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£37,500.00 per year

 

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme

  • Commission pay

 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

 

PPE considerations:Face masks, gloves and boot covers must be worn while attending client properties, as and where necessary.

  • Driving License (Required)

  • ACS (Required)
