As a company, we strongly encourage all staff members to develop their careers as much as possible. We encourage any additional training that employees wish to enrol on and give them the support they need during their training period. We also like to give our staff the opportunity to progress further by offering promotions that will amplify their talents and develop their skills.
We have also helped some of the next generation of Heating Engineers and Plumbers with their first steps into an excellent career. We always pride ourselves in the quality of training we provide and our apprentices serve their time with our Senior Engineers who have all worked through the same programme to become experts in what they do.
APOLLO PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY
Apollo encourage its people to participate in community events and development of relationships within the local community.

At present we have our team assisting in the delivery of food parcels to local people who are in need whilst also assisting in the design and and execution of construction services to the people who need it most.
